Dotan Y. Melech has more than 20 years experience in senior management, in the military, and in the fields of real estate, manufacturing, construction and finance. Throughout his career, Melech has been involved in major development projects nationally and internationally. Melech’s achievements and experience in both public and private sectors offers clients a uniquely diversified approach. Melech holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh (PITT).

John Dru brings more than 25 years of business and commercial real estate banking experience to United AMS. He has managed regional lending offices in Arizona and Nevada with assets in excess of $700 million. Along with his experience in business and commercial lending, he has an in-depth knowledge of managing problem loans and REO assets for banks. He has successfully managed the liquidation of commercial real estate properties to maximize the recovery of bank assets. John received a Bachelor’s degree in Business finance at Arizona State University.

Susanne has worked for Las Vegas businesses in office administration and management, human resources, and project management since 1996.  In order to further her career and her experience in office management and accounting/bookkeeping, Susanne worked with a multi-state company for several years that offered a wide range of growth in these fields. With 14-years of business experience in multiple areas, Susanne joined United AMS in 2008 as Office Manager and has since been an integral part in the company as Project Manager for Receiverships and Asset Management projects. In addition to her business experience she holds a BA from Brigham Young University.
